- All original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact
- Products must be unused

- You must provide a valid order number or receipt
- The product must have been purchased directly from our website
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at reply@ryxanordaz.world with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2-3 business days
- Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in our return authorization email
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the refund status
5. Return Shipping
Please note the following regarding return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Refund Process
6.1 Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your return, we will:

If your return is approved:

6.3 Refund Amount
Refunds will include:
- The full purchase price of eligible returned products
- Original shipping costs only if the return is due to our error
Refunds will NOT include:
- Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- Original shipping charges for customer-initiated returns
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original product following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired product
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and description of the issue
We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including shipping charges.
9. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:

- Do not open or use the incorrect product
- We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

11. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:
- Before Shipment: Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been shipped, we can cancel it and provide a full refund
- After Shipment: You will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the product
12. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian law, including the Consumer Protection Act of your province. If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.
